Getting started
Learn how to ask effective questions to DOCU.expert's experts to get accurate and useful answers based on real documents.
Make sure you have access to an expert. You can use public experts (BOE, IRPF, VAT, etc.) or create a private one with your documents.
Choose the most suitable expert for your question. For example, use the BOE Expert for general legislation or the IRPF Expert for income tax questions.
Formulate your question clearly and specifically. The more context you provide, the better the answer will be.
Each answer includes references to the original documents. Click on them to verify the information.

Break complex questions into several simple queries to get more accurate answers.
You don't need to use exact legal terms. Write as if you were talking to a human expert.
