Service Quality

DOCU.expert does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the Website operation. When reasonably possible, interruptions in the Website operation will be warned in advance.

For the resolution of all controversies or issues related to this Website or the activities developed on it, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit, and the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga shall have jurisdiction to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to its use.

In the event that the user has their domicile outside Spain, DOCU.expert and the user submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Malaga (Spain).
