Unlike other AI chatbots, DOCU.expert is designed from the ground up to guarantee the privacy of your data. Your documents are never sent to third parties or used to train AI models.
Your documents are processed locally or on dedicated European servers. They are never shared.
The desktop application works without an internet connection.
Create experts with your own documents or use public experts.
Each answer includes citations to the original documents.
Documents are processed and "embeddings" are created - mathematical representations that capture the meaning of the text. This process is done locally.
When you ask a question, the system searches for the most relevant fragments of your documents based on meaning, not just keywords.
The AI generates a response based solely on the found fragments, citing sources so you can verify the information.
